Delete Your Who's READY? Account

You may request deletion of your Who's READY? account and associated personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to: app.whos.ready@gmail.com

Please include:

The email address associated with your Who's READY? account
The subject line: Delete My Who's READY? Account

What will be deleted

After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including profile and account information, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-integrity purposes.

Important: Some shared or historical team and league information may remain in anonymized form when removing it entirely would affect schedules, completed games, standings, messages, or records belonging to other users or organizations.

Team ownership

If you are the captain or owner of a team, you may need to transfer team ownership or complete the appropriate team-management steps before your account can be fully removed.

Processing time

We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period and will contact you if additional information is required to verify the request.
