Who's READY? ("Who's READY?," "we," "us," or "our") provides tools designed to help recreational sports teams, players, captains, leagues, and league administrators organize schedules, availability, lineups, communications, and related league activities.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the Who's READY? mobile applications, websites, league-management tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create or use a Who's READY? account, we may collect:

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Account identifiers
• Authentication information
• Team and league memberships
• User roles such as player, captain, co-captain, alternate, moderator, or league administrator

Passwords and authentication credentials may be processed through our authentication provider and are not stored by Who's READY? in readable form.

Team, League, and Event Information

Information created or stored through the Services may include:

• Team names and information
• League and division information
• Team rosters
• Game, match, tournament, and event schedules
• Venues and event locations
• Player availability and planned unavailability
• Lineup assignments
• Game or event notes
• Match or event results
• Player participation records
• League information and statistics
• Alternate-player requests

Communications and User-Generated Content

Depending on available features, Who's READY? may process chat messages, announcements, reactions, poll responses, photos, images, GIFs, files, attachments, pinned messages, and other content voluntarily submitted through the Services.

Photos, Camera, and Files

If you choose to upload or capture media, Who's READY? may request access to your camera, photo library, or device files. These permissions are used only to provide features you choose to use.

Location Information

Who's READY? may use location-related information to support features such as displaying game or event locations and helping users navigate to venues.

Location information is not used for third-party behavioral advertising.

Notifications and Device Information

If notifications are enabled, we may process notification tokens and related device information to provide game reminders, availability reminders, lineup notifications, team membership updates, announcements, and tournament or event alerts.

3. Information Shared With Other Who's READY? Users

Who's READY? is designed for collaboration between members of recreational sports teams and leagues.

Depending on your team or league membership and your user role, authorized users may see information such as:

• Your name or display name
• Your team or league membership
• Your role
• Your game availability
• Your planned unavailability
• Your lineup status
• Your participation information
• Messages and other content you submit

Captains, co-captains, league administrators, moderators, and other authorized users may have access to additional information necessary to manage their teams or leagues.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate portions of the Who's READY? Services.

Google Firebase

Who's READY? uses Firebase services that may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage for Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Hosting.

These services may support authentication, application data, uploaded content, notifications, and web services.

RevenueCat

Who's READY? uses RevenueCat to support subscriptions, purchases, purchase restoration, and access to premium features.

RevenueCat may process subscription status, application user identifiers, and purchase-related information.

Apple and Google

Apple and Google may process account, device, payment, and transaction information when you download Who's READY? or make purchases through their respective app stores.

Who's READY? does not receive your complete payment-card information.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Purchase and subscription information may be processed to:

• Complete transactions
• Verify subscription status
• Restore purchases
• Determine access to premium features
• Prevent purchase fraud or abuse

Payment processing is handled through the applicable app store and associated service providers.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no electronic storage system, application, or internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, preserve appropriate team or league records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, meet operational requirements, or comply with legal obligations.

Team, season, league, game, tournament, and event records may be archived rather than immediately deleted when appropriate to preserve historical records.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Who's READY? account and associated personal information.

Account deletion will permanently remove or anonymize personal information associated with the account except where retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preservation of shared historical records.

Certain shared or historical team and league information may remain in anonymized form when deleting it entirely would affect schedules, completed games, league records, or information belonging to other users or organizations.

If you are the owner or captain of a team, additional steps may be required before your account can be deleted, such as transferring team ownership or disbanding the team.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the available features and your device settings, you may be able to:

• Review or update profile information
• Control camera, photo, file, and location permissions
• Enable or disable push notifications
• Leave teams or organizations where permitted
• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your account and personal information

10. Children's Privacy

Who's READY? is designed for recreational sports team and league organization and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law.

Teams, leagues, organizations, captains, administrators, parents, or guardians using Who's READY? in connection with minors are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and organizational requirements.

11. International Data Processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate.

12. Future Features and League Management Services

Who's READY? may expand to provide additional services for teams, leagues, tournament organizers, recreational sports organizations, and related groups.

These services may include web-based league administration, division management, player databases, alternate-player coordination, league communications, player statistics, tournament organization, and related functionality.

This Privacy Policy is intended to apply across supported Who's READY? mobile applications, websites, and web-based services.

If future functionality materially changes the information we collect or how that information is used or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Who's READY? evolves or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
